DossiAid is a personal health record management application that allows users to store, organise, and access health information for themselves and family members. The Service includes features for storing medical records, tracking medications, managing insurance information, and providing emergency health summaries.
Important: DossiAid is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information stored in DossiAid is for personal organisational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
AI-generated summaries of documents are provided for convenience only and may contain errors. Do not rely on them for medical decision-making. Always refer to the original documents and consult your healthcare provider.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a DossiAid account. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older. Parents and legal guardians may use the Service to manage health records for minor children within their own account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@dossiaid.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain full ownership of all health data and documents you upload to DossiAid. You grant DossiAid a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload does not violate the rights of third parties.

DossiAid may offer free and paid tiers of service. Pricing, features, and billing terms for any paid tier will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DossiAid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on AI-generated summaries.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via a notice in the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
